These Terms of Use apply to your use of Mendra. Mendra may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app stores, and your use of those stores is also subject to their applicable terms. If these Terms conflict with a store's mandatory terms, the store's terms control where required.

Use of Mendra

Mendra is provided as a wellness, reflection, sleep-support, and meditation app. You agree to use Mendra only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its services.

Not medical advice and safety disclaimer

Mendra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis support. The app is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, counselor, or other qualified professional. If you are in danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email, device, and sign-in provider secure. If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact us.

Optional Support Mendra purchases

Mendra is free to use. If Mendra has been useful to you, you may choose to support its development with an optional one-time Support Mendra purchase.

Support Mendra purchases do not start a subscription, do not renew, and do not unlock extra content, features, badges, status, or services. All app content remains available without a support purchase.

Support purchases are processed by the app store where you make the purchase, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card number or other payment method details. Billing, taxes, receipts, and refund requests are handled according to the applicable app store's policies.

Because Support Mendra purchases are optional consumable support purchases and do not unlock content access, there is no content access to restore if you reinstall Mendra or change devices.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, limit, or discontinue parts of Mendra over time. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
