Mendra is designed to keep your personal wellness experience private and simple. This Privacy Policy explains what information stays on your device, what limited information we process to run your account, optional support purchases, and diagnostics, and which service providers help us operate the app.

Information that stays on your device
Mendra does not store your personal wellness content on our servers. Your mood check-ins, reflections, wishes, intentions, sleep preferences, sound preferences, meditation progress, story progress, routine choices, reminder settings, and similar in-app wellness activity are stored locally on your device.
This local information is used to personalize your experience inside the app. It is not synced to a Mendra server. Deleting the app removes local Mendra app data from that device. Depending on your device and iCloud backup settings, Apple or your device backup may retain or restore app data outside of Mendra's control.
Information we process
We process only the information needed to provide account access, optional support purchase handling, diagnostics, and support:
- Email address, used for sign-in and account authentication.
- User identifier, used to keep your account and app session consistent.
- Authentication provider information, such as Apple, Google, or email sign-in.
- Limited account metadata provided by your sign-in provider, if any.
- Support purchase status, if you choose to make an optional Support Mendra purchase.
- Crash and diagnostic information, used to understand and fix app errors.
- Support messages, if you contact us directly.
Payments and optional support purchases
Optional Support Mendra purchases are processed by the app store where you make the purchase, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card number, billing address, or other payment method details.
We use RevenueCat to help validate support purchases, show available support products, and understand purchase reliability. RevenueCat may process your app user identifier, product identifier, purchase status, and transaction-related information for this purpose.
Support purchases do not start a subscription and do not unlock content, features, badges, status, or services.
Service providers
- Supabase, for authentication and account infrastructure.
- Sentry, for crash reporting and diagnostics.
- RevenueCat, for optional support purchase validation and purchase management.
- Apple App Store and Google Play, for payment processing and store-managed billing or refund handling.
Diagnostics
If the app fails unexpectedly, diagnostic information may be sent to Sentry. These reports help us identify and fix errors. We do not intentionally include your private wellness content in diagnostic reports, and the app is configured to avoid sending free-form wellness content in error events or breadcrumbs.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account, authentication, diagnostic, purchase-related, and support data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Mendra, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate optional support purchase handling.
You can delete your Mendra account from the app. If you need help with account deletion or privacy questions, contact us at hello@mendra.space.

International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and service provider terms to protect personal information.
Your choices
- You can stop using Mendra at any time.
- You can delete your account from the app.
- You can request account or data deletion through Account and Data Deletion.
- You can delete the app to remove local app data from your device.
- You can review store purchases or request refunds through the app store where you made the purchase.
- You can contact us to ask questions about your account or privacy.
Children
Mendra is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Safety note
Mendra is a wellness and self-reflection app. It is not a medical device, therapy service, crisis service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you need medical or mental health support, contact a qualified professional or local emergency service.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
